Required Exposure: Jharkhand, Bihar & Odisha

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of first-line managers.
• Drive regional growth and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure strong field discipline and strategy execution.
• Monitor sales performance and develop business across the region.
• Build a high-performing sales team and ensure effective market coverage.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a 2nd Line Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience managing first-line managers and driving field execution.
• Exposure to Jharkhand, Bihar and Odisha required.
• Experience in Gastro Division is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and business development skills.
