Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the regional sales team.
- Drive sales growth and achieve assigned business targets.
- Guide and motivate Area Sales Managers.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, chemists and distributors.
- Monitor territory performance and ensure effective market coverage.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales and team handling.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Candidates with relevant General Segment experience preferred.
