Eligibility Criteria:

Relevant experience in Ayurveda / Herbal / OTC / Cosmetics industry preferred.
Proven experience in handling teams at the regional level.
Good understanding of distributor and retailer network development.
Strong communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
Target-oriented and field-driven candidate with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Candidates who already have an existing sales team and possess the capability to build, develop, and manage a strong sales team are preferred.
Candidates should have the capability and proven ability to appoint and develop distributors / super distributors in their assigned region.
