Qualification:

• B.Sc., B.Pharm or Any Graduate

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a First Line Manager in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in Gynecology and/or Orthopedic segment preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and business targets for the assigned area.
• Lead, coach, and motivate Medical Representatives to maximize performance.
• Develop strong relationships with Gynecologists, Orthopedic specialists, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Execute promotional campaigns and ensure effective product detailing.
• Expand market share by identifying new business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
• Conduct joint field work and review team performance regularly.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory development plans.
