Experience:

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the field sales team to achieve regional sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with Neurologists, Psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct joint field work and coach Medical Representatives.
- Monitor team performance and market trends.
- Ensure effective execution of promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Submit sales reports and territory performance updates.
