Qualification:

• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Life Sciences Graduate, MBA (Marketing) preferred

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Product Management (PMT)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand management strategies to strengthen product performance.
• Create and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and manage new product launches across different therapeutic areas.
• Design and develop promotional materials, visual aids, and marketing tools to support sales objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, and Training teams for successful product promotion.
• Train the field force on product knowledge, positioning, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor brand performance, sales trends, and marketing ROI.
