Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the field sales team across the assigned territory.
• Drive sales growth and achieve business targets.
• Monitor team performance and ensure effective territory coverage.
• Build strong relationships with doctors, chemists and distributors.
• Implement sales strategies and promotional activities.

Candidate Profile:

• Current ASM experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong team-handling and communication skills.
• Good understanding of the assigned market.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
