Experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record.
- Preferred therapy exposure in Orthopaedics, CP (Consulting Physician), and General Physician (GP) segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, chemists, and stockists.
- Lead and motivate the field sales team to drive business growth.
- Execute product promotion and brand-building activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and implement strategies to maximize territory performance.
Salary:
