Hiring: Field Sales Executive – Pharmacy / Chemist Sales

About the Role
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote and sell our portfolio of generic medicines to retail pharmacies and chemists across Delhi NCR.
The role involves daily market visits, onboarding new pharmacy customers, generating orders, collecting payments and developing long-term relationships with chemists.
Key Responsibilities
– Visit retail chemists and pharmacies daily to introduce and sell our medicine portfolio.
– Identify and onboard new pharmacy customers.
– Generate orders and drive repeat purchases.
– Explain product range, pricing and promotional schemes.
– Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and collections.
– Coordinate with the distribution team for timely order fulfilment.
– Maintain customer details, sales records and daily visit reports.
Candidate Requirements
– 12th pass or graduate.
– Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales, FMCG sales or field sales preferred.
– Good communication and negotiation skills.
– Must be comfortable travelling across assigned market areas.
– Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
– Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Compensation:15000 – 22000 Fixed monthly salary + performance-based incentives.
