📋 ELIGIBILITY & MANDATORY PORTFOLIO:
✔ Hs Pass Apply (ফ্রেশারদের আবেদন করার প্রয়োজন নেই)
✔ Exp: Min. 1 year in any OTC product, General Pharma Sales
✔ Gender & Age- Male Only upto 35years
✔ Skills: Strong retailer/dealer handling & communication
✔ Mandatory Pre-Existing Values: Candidates must already possess these fixed, baseline values in their active sales profile from day one. These are existing absolute requirements & Existing avg current order collection Value with chemist activation count Maintain.

🎯 CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TARGET VALUES:
• Mandatory Field Work: Ready to complete 25 mandatory field visits per month as per company guidelines.
• Retail Medicine Order Collections: Manage, track, and secure seamless retail medicine order collections directly from chemists, retail pharmacies, and stockists.
• Reputed Brand Management:Smoothly pull and manage order collections across multiple reputed pharma brands (EXAMPLE-Sun Pharma, Cipla, Mankind, Alkem, Zydus, Eskag, and Abbott etc.)

💰 SALARY & BENEFITS:
✔ Monthly Net Salary: ₹18000- 23,000 Net (Based on Experience & Last Drawn Salary)
✔ Fixed Salary (Not commission-based)
✔ Salary credited on the 1st of every month
✔ Perks: *Attractive Incentives + Petrol Allowance (₹5/KM)
✔ *Social Security: PF + ESIC + Leave Encashment + Annual Bonus

⏰ WORKING HOURS:
• 09:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: Half Day
• Sunday: Fixed Off
