Job Description:
Meril Life Sciences is hiring passionate and driven District Associate Managers to strengthen our presence across Punjab. The role involves direct engagement with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare providers to promote and sell Meril’s innovative portfolio of medical devices and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with multispecialty doctors, especially surgeons, gynecologists, orthopedics, and general surgeons
- Conduct regular doctor visits (minimum 10 per day) within the assigned district
- Promote Meril’s product range across divisions: Orthopedics, Cardio, Diagnostics, Endo-surgery, Trauma, and Robotic Surgery
- Achieve sales targets and ensure product availability and visibility
- Provide timely reports and market feedback
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be a native/resident of the district applying for
- 5–6 years of stable experience in Pharma/MedTech/Medical Devices/Sutures/Diagnostics
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willing to sign a 5-year employment bond
