Job Description:
Meril Life Sciences is expanding its reach in Haryana and is hiring experienced District Associate Managers across multiple districts. The role focuses on driving sales, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting Meril’s advanced medical technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and engage with surgeons, gynecologists, orthopedics, general physicians, and other specialists
- Conduct a minimum of 10 doctor visits per day within the assigned district
- Promote Meril’s comprehensive product range including Orthopedics, Cardio, Diagnostics, Endo-surgery, Trauma, and Robotic Surgery
- Achieve sales targets and support product penetration in the market
- Report market intelligence and customer feedback regularly
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be a native/resident of the district they are applying for
- 5–6 years of consistent experience in MedTech, Pharma, Medical Devices, Sutures, or Diagnostics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to sign a 5-year employment bond with Meril
