Job Description:
Meril Life Sciences is seeking enthusiastic and experienced District Associate Managers to drive field-level engagement and sales across key districts in Uttarakhand, Jammu & Kashmir, and Ladakh. The role involves promoting Meril’s cutting-edge medical technologies and ensuring strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits (minimum 10/day) to doctors and healthcare facilities within the district
- Engage with multispecialty doctors including surgeons, gynecologists, orthopedics, and general physicians
- Promote Meril’s diverse product portfolio: Orthopedics, Cardio, Diagnostics, Endo-surgery, Trauma, and Robotic Surgery
- Drive sales growth, product visibility, and customer satisfaction
- Report market trends and feedback regularly to the management
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be a native/resident of the district applied for
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in Pharma, MedTech, Medical Devices, Sutures, or Diagnostics
- Stable career track without frequent job changes
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Willing to commit to a 5-year employment bond with Meril
