Job Description:
Meril Life Sciences is hiring experienced and motivated District Associate Managers to strengthen its presence across key districts in Gujarat. This role involves direct engagement with healthcare professionals to promote Meril’s innovative range of medical technologies and devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily visits (minimum 10 per day) to doctors and hospitals in the assigned district
- Build strong relationships with multispecialty doctors, particularly surgeons, gynecologists, orthopedics, and general physicians
- Drive sales of Meril’s advanced products across verticals including Orthopedics, Cardio, Diagnostics, Endo-surgery, Trauma, and Robotic Surgery
- Meet sales targets and ensure effective product promotion and distribution
- Collect and report market insights and customer feedback
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be a native/resident of the district they are applying for
- 5–6 years of consistent experience in Pharma, MedTech, Medical Devices, Sutures, or Diagnostics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- No frequent job changes; career stability is a must
- Willing to sign a 5-year employment bond with Meril
