Job Description:
Meril Life Sciences is looking for experienced and driven District Associate Managers to support business expansion across major districts in Maharashtra. This role focuses on building strong relationships with doctors and healthcare institutions while promoting Meril’s cutting-edge medical device portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a minimum of 10 doctor visits per day in the assigned district
- Engage with surgeons, gynecologists, orthopedics, general physicians, and other multispecialty doctors
- Promote Meril’s product verticals including Orthopedics, Cardio, Diagnostics, Endo-surgery, Trauma, and Robotic Surgery
- Drive territory-wise sales targets and ensure product availability
- Share regular market updates and customer insights with internal teams
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be a native/resident of the district they are applying for
- 5–6 years of stable experience in MedTech, Pharma, Medical Devices, Sutures, or Diagnostics
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Should not have a history of frequent job changes
- Willing to sign a 5-year employment bond with Meril
