Job Description:
Meril Life Sciences is seeking dedicated and experienced District Associate Managers across Rajasthan to support our growth in the region. The role focuses on developing strong relationships with doctors and promoting Meril’s innovative medical devices in assigned districts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 10 doctor calls daily within the assigned district
- Engage with multispecialty doctors, including surgeons, gynecologists, orthopedics, and general practitioners
- Promote Meril’s product portfolio covering Orthopedics, Cardio, Diagnostics, Endo-surgery, Trauma, and Robotic Surgery
- Achieve sales targets and increase brand presence in the territory
- Share regular updates on market trends and customer feedback
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be a native/resident of the district they are applying for
- 5–6 years of stable experience in MedTech, Pharma, Medical Devices, Sutures, or Diagnostics
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Should have a consistent job history with no frequent changes
- Willing to sign a 5-year employment bond with Meril
