Job Description:
Meril Life Sciences is hiring experienced District Associate Managers across Kerala to support our growing presence in the region. The role focuses on engaging with healthcare professionals and promoting Meril’s innovative and life-enhancing medical technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a minimum of 10 doctor visits per day in the assigned district
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, gynecologists, orthopedics, general physicians, and other specialists
- Promote Meril’s full product range including Orthopedics, Cardio, Diagnostics, Endo-surgery, Trauma, and Robotic Surgery
- Meet sales targets, enhance product visibility, and gather market feedback
- Provide regular updates to internal teams on field activities and insights
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be a native/resident of the district applied for
- 5–6 years of consistent experience in Pharma, MedTech, Medical Devices, Sutures, or Diagnostics
- Good communication skills and a stable work history
- Willing to sign a 5-year employment bond with Meril
