About the Role
Lupin is looking for the right talent to join its Cardio & Metabolic Division. We are seeking enthusiastic, scientifically oriented graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for achieving results.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and detail Lupin’s products to healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare stakeholders.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Conduct effective product detailing and scientific presentations.
- Execute promotional and marketing activities within the assigned territory.
- Develop strong product and therapeutic-area knowledge.
- Monitor market and competitor activities and provide feedback.
- Maintain regular reports and records of field activities.
- Follow company policies, compliance standards, and ethical marketing practices.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Pharm graduate
- Age: Below 28 years
- Excellent communication skills
- High result orientation
- Good scientific knowledge
- Willingness to work in a field-based marketing role
