• B.Pharm / B.Sc. with Life Sciences preferred.
• Freshers only.
• Maximum age: 29 years.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and build a career in Pharma Sales.
• Enthusiastic and career-focused candidates looking to start their pharmaceutical sales career.

Training Program:
Selected candidates will undergo a one-month structured training program covering:

• Pharmaceutical industry fundamentals.
• Product knowledge.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Fundamentals of the Medical Representative role.
• Pharma sales and field-work basics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit doctors and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
• Promote pharmaceutical products and communicate product information effectively.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with doctors.
• Implement company sales and marketing strategies.
• Achieve assigned sales and business objectives.
• Maintain regular field reports and provide market feedback.
• Learn and apply product knowledge and scientific communication skills.
