Job Summary
Shukra Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Product Manager for its Medical Capital Equipment portfolio. The role involves product demonstrations, stakeholder engagement, customer relationship management, and driving sales growth in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of medical capital equipment.
- Engage with surgeons, doctors, hospitals, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Handle technical and commercial queries during evaluations and demonstrations.
- Drive lead conversion and close sales opportunities.
- Coordinate installations, training, and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with marketing and business teams for product promotion.
- Build and maintain strong customer and channel partner relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 6–7+ years of experience in medical capital equipment sales or product management.
- Strong product demonstration and customer-handling skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and sales cycles.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
