Job Overview

Getinge Medical India is looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive sales growth, product marketing, training initiatives, and market development activities for its Ventilation & Anesthesia portfolio.

The role involves close collaboration with sales teams, clinicians, hospital stakeholders, KOLs, and internal departments to strengthen market presence and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing & Strategy

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for Ventilation & Anesthesia products
• Create product positioning and market development plans
• Design marketing collaterals, presentations, and promotional tools
• Support product launches, new therapy introductions, and portfolio expansion

Sales Support & Business Growth

• Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets
• Participate in technical discussions and commercial negotiations
• Provide pricing and product support during customer interactions
• Analyze project pipelines and improve forecast accuracy
• Track regional sales performance and market opportunities

Training & Clinical Support

• Conduct product training programs for sales teams and distributors
• Deliver operational training to end users and hospital staff
• Support customer onboarding and post-installation training
• Provide troubleshooting and clinical support when required

Market Development & KOL Engagement

• Build strong relationships with intensivists, anesthesiologists, respiratory therapists, biomedical professionals, and KOLs
• Plan and execute CMEs, symposiums, conferences, and workshops
• Drive awareness and adoption of the ventilation portfolio
• Identify new market opportunities and customer requirements

Inventory & Forecast Management

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with logistics teams
• Manage demo inventory movement and availability
• Support S&OP planning and demand forecasting
• Ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or related field
• Experience in Ventilation, Anesthesia, Critical Care, ICU, OT, or Medical Device segments
• Strong product management and healthcare marketing experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with hospitals, clinicians, and healthcare institutions
