Job Overview
Philips is seeking an experienced Senior Global Product Manager to lead lifecycle management and global portfolio strategy for its Sleep Therapy business. The role is responsible for driving product success, portfolio optimization, market growth, customer value creation, and cross-functional execution across global markets.
The position works closely with R&D, commercial teams, regulatory stakeholders, marketing teams, and international business leaders to ensure sustainable growth and market leadership within the sleep therapy segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle management for existing Sleep Therapy products
- Drive product enhancements, maintenance activities, and market releases
- Support product development initiatives from concept through commercialization
- Maximize product value and extend portfolio lifecycle through strategic planning
- Define product strategies aligned with customer and business needs
- Act as the Voice of the Customer within development teams
- Conduct global market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Gather customer requirements through research and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, regulatory, quality, and commercial teams
- Evaluate portfolio performance and identify rationalization opportunities
- Reduce complexity and improve operational efficiency
- Support transition planning while maintaining customer trust
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 10+ Years of Experience in Product Management, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Medical Devices, or Health Technology
- Strong experience in managing global product portfolios
- Ability to work in a cross-functional international environment
