Qualification:

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Pharmaceutical Management preferred.
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. (Life Sciences) or equivalent qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product and brand strategies.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Plan and execute new product launches.
• Develop promotional campaigns and marketing strategies.
• Support the sales team with product training and marketing inputs.
• Manage KOL engagement and market development activities.
• Track product performance and drive business growth.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and strategic thinking.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market.
• Ability to develop and execute effective product strategies.
