Role Overview:
Lead and drive sales strategy across South & East Zones for IVD, Hematology and Biochemistry portfolios. Achieve business growth, manage high-performing teams, build strong channel relationships and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales strategy and achieve revenue & profitability targets.
- Lead, mentor and manage regional/area sales teams.
- Develop & manage distributors, channel partners and key accounts.
- Drive business with hospitals, labs, institutions & key customers.
- Identify new opportunities and expand market presence.
- Monitor competitors, market trends and strengthen product positioning.
- Collaborate with Product, Application, Service & Marketing teams.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, MIS & performance reports.
- Ensure effective collection management & channel relationships.
- Drive product launches, conversions and strategic account development.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 10–18+ years of overall sales experience with leadership in IVD industry.
- Strong experience in IVD sales with Hematology / Hematology Analyzers & Reagents.
- Proven experience in managing South & East India markets and large sales teams.
- Strong channel, institutional & key account management experience.
