𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 #𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – Karnataka (Hospital Business) for Integrace Health, Bangalore HQ.
This role is responsible for driving the Hospital Business (HBT) across Karnataka through strong second-line leadership and disciplined execution.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲:
– Deliver zonal business targets through 4-5 DSMs and ~18 FSOs
– Manage hospital accounts and drive prescription generation
– Build and maintain strong KOL and institutional relationships
– Co-create business plans with NSM and execute zone-level strategy
– Identify new markets, niche product opportunities, and growth levers
– Provide field inputs on product performance and pre-launch readiness
– Lead planning, budgeting, and productivity for the zone
𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮:
– 12+ years of pharma sales experience
– Minimum 3 years as a Second Line Manager
– Hospital / Specialty business exposure (Ortho/Gynae preferred)
– Proven experience managing DSM and FSO teams
– Open to extensive travel across Karnataka
