Experience:

• Minimum 2–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
• Prior experience as an Area Sales Manager or First Line Manager preferred
• Cardio Diabetic therapy experience will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team in the assigned territory.
• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors.
• Coach and develop Medical Representatives.
• Execute sales and marketing strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
