Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Branded Generics.
• Any Graduate can apply.
• Candidates with relevant Pharma Sales experience will be preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good doctor engagement and sales management abilities.
• Age no bar for deserving candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales and business development activities in the assigned territory.
• Lead and guide the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Promote pharmaceutical branded generic products to doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, stockists, distributors and chemists.
• Develop the assigned territory and expand the customer base.
• Implement company marketing and promotional strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain regular sales reports and provide market feedback.
• Support business growth and market expansion for the Ashley division.
