About the Role
Lupin is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates to join its Cardio & Metabolic Division as Marketing Trainees / Marketing Executives. The role offers an opportunity to build a career in pharmaceutical sales and marketing while working closely with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and communicate the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacies, and other stakeholders.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits and gather relevant market intelligence.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the reporting manager.
- Ensure effective execution of company campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports.
- Demonstrate strong ownership, discipline, and result orientation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Sc. / B.Pharm graduate
- Age: Below 28 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong result orientation and willingness to work towards targets
- Good scientific / pharmaceutical knowledge
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
