About the Role
Lupin is looking for talented and motivated individuals to join its Cardio & Metabolic Division as a Marketing Trainee / Marketing Executive. The role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about pharmaceutical sales and marketing and have strong communication and result-oriented skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and communicate the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacies and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Execute marketing strategies and promotional activities in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits and gather market intelligence.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities and market feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical marketing practices.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Pharm graduate
- Age: Below 28 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong result orientation and willingness to achieve targets
- Good scientific/product knowledge
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Preferred Skills
- Customer relationship management
- Pharmaceutical sales/marketing understanding
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
