• Experience in pharmaceutical sales and team management.

• Strong doctor engagement and communication skills.

• Ability to handle the assigned territory and achieve sales targets.

• Candidates with Derma & Pediatric segment experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales and business development activities in the assigned territory.

• Lead and guide the sales team to achieve business targets.

• Promote Derma and Pediatric products to doctors and healthcare professionals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, stockists and distributors.

• Implement company marketing and promotional strategies.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain regular sales reports and provide market feedback.
