Company: Rebrace Pharma Position: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Division: Gastro Division HQ: Siliguri, West Bengal
Experience Required: Relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales and regional/team handling. Preferred Experience: Gastroenterology division experience will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage regional sales operations from Siliguri HQ.
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, stockists and distributors.
- Monitor market coverage, sales performance and competitor activities.
- Implement company strategies and ensure effective brand promotion.
- Drive sales growth and improve market share in the assigned region.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate with relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of the Siliguri and surrounding markets.
- Experience in the Gastro division will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong regional market exposure may apply.
