Key Responsibilities
- Promote company products to doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists and stockists.
- Ensure regular doctor visits and effective territory coverage.
- Manage distributors, stockists and market operations.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Implement company promotional strategies and improve product visibility.
- Drive sales growth and business development in the assigned HQ.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate from any stream.
- Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the same HQ.
- Maximum age limit: 35 years.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Candidates with strong local market knowledge will be preferred.
- Salary is negotiable; no bar for the right candidate.
