Experience: 1–3 years in Pharma Sales

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets and drive business growth in assigned territory (Udaipur, Kota, Jaipur, Bikaner).
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to hospitals, healthcare institutions, doctors and key stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Ensure timely submission of reports and market intelligence.
Monitor competitor activities and implement strategies to achieve market share.
Provide product-based clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline (preferably Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Medical).
1–3 years of relevant experience in pharma sales (especially in hospital sales).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
