Job Description

EzHomeo is an AI-powered platform for homeopathic practice, covering case-taking, repertorization and remedy selection in one integrated solution. The product is ready for market expansion across clinics and BHMS colleges throughout India.

We are looking for an experienced sales leader to drive market expansion, build a strong sales process and establish EzHomeo as a trusted solution in the homeopathy ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell EzHomeo to homeopathic practitioners, clinics, BHMS colleges and medical associations.

• Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate deals and independently close sales.

• Develop sales strategies, manage the sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.

• Build a repeatable sales playbook and effective sales processes.

• Develop relationships with practitioners, institutions and industry influencers.

• Hire and lead a field sales team once the sales model is proven.

• Drive business development and market expansion across India.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience selling software or technology solutions to homeopaths or doctors in India.

• Experience with B. Jain (RADAR Opus), Mind Technologies (Hompath) or Practo will be an advantage.

• Strong understanding of BHMS colleges, homeopathic associations and key practitioners.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on results and ownership.

• Willingness to contribute to building a business at the founding stage.

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: Negotiable

• Commission: 15% on each sale, uncapped.

• Ownership: Founding equity opportunity.
