Key Responsibilities
- Achieve area sales targets and business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team.
- Build relationships with doctors, stockists, and distributors.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct field coaching and performance reviews.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure effective territory management and business expansion.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Sc., B.Pharm, D.Pharm, or Any Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in the same territory.
- Age: Not more than 35 years.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
