  • The role requires Conceptualizing, Designing & Effectively managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Handling all official social media handles, also managing end to end responsibility of SEO, SEM & Website optimization.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifies trends to derive insights and optimizes spends for optimal performance.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points to optimize user funnel
  • This position is both a highly strategic and tactical role that will work closely with various stake holders
  • Digital marketing manager will work with the Marketing/Sales teams to launch campaigns on time and within budget
  • Provide guidance to Digital marketing executive in tactical things
  • Liaise with external vendors & agencies to drive business objectives
  • Recommend changes to improve operational processes and safeguard advertising, privacy, and integrity.
  • Coordinate with design teams on creative assets to maximize performance. Uploading ads to various ad platforms.


  • Graduation with MBA in marketing or relevant field
  • Proven experience working in Digital marketing with innovative startups or Pharma companies for 4-8 years
  • Successful experience in driving complete campaign lifecycle
  • Excellent communication skills, creative thinker, adaptability & agile
  • Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced, specialized, and mission-focused environment
