Position: Group Product Manager / Senior Product Manager – Dermatology / Cosmetology

Cadila Pharmaceuticals is looking for a dynamic Derma Marketing Leader who can turn science into brands, strategy into growth, and insights into impact. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about shaping therapy markets and building category-defining brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and scale Dermatology & Cosmetology brands from strategy to execution
- Analyze therapy markets using deep insights, competitor intelligence, and opportunity mapping
- Translate scientific inputs into powerful medico-marketing narratives
- Align and collaborate with Sales, Medical, and Marketing teams
- Lead product launches, brand campaigns, and field force capability building
Candidate Profile:
- 5–8 years of experience in Pharma Marketing / Product Management
- Exposure to Dermatology / Cosmetology portfolio preferred
- Strong analytical thinking combined with creative brand-building skills
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and execute initiatives at scale
- Passion for building impactful, category-defining brands
