Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product strategy for cardio and diabetic products.
- Develop brand plans, market positioning, pricing, and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, medical, and regulatory teams for execution.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage key stakeholders, distributors, and channel partners.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 5–10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical product management or marketing, preferably in the cardio/diabetic segment.
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and storytelling abilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
