We’re Hiring: Senior Brand Manager – Toothsi (MakeO)
Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai
Education: MBA from top-tier B-Schools (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, MICA, SP Jain, JBIMS, SIBM, etc.)
At MakeO – Toothsi, we are transforming smile care and clinical beauty through innovation, technology, and exceptional consumer experiences. As we continue to scale rapidly, we are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to craft compelling brand narratives, lead high-impact campaigns, and deepen connections with our consumers.
What You’ll Own:
- Define and execute brand strategy and positioning
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across Digital, ATL, BTL, and Offline channels
- Analyze consumer insights and market trends to inform strategy
- Collaborate with Product, Retail, Creative, and Performance teams
- Measure campaign performance and optimize for results
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
What We’re Looking For:
- 4–7 years of experience in B2C brand management
- Strong strategic marketing and storytelling capabilities
- Proven experience in scaling consumer brands across online and offline channels
- Data-driven mindset with excellent execution skills
- Experience in consumer tech, healthcare, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus
