Job Description/Skills Required:Institutional Sales Manager

Purpose 

To identify the Institutes having potential for BI products and work towards achieving maximum outputs quantitatively and qualitatively .

Accountabilities

Identify and maximize Business opportunities in Reimbursed institutes and PSUs. Coordinate for timely submission of tenders with tender teams and cross functional teams . Develop a good rapport with purchase authorities, Key decision makers and important KOL’s in the targeted institutions. Coordinate with other BI portfolio teams and Marketing teams and plan product promotion initiatives in Institutes. Identify needs and plan long term projects to become a preferred partner in identified accounts.

Effectively co-ordinate with the LA/ISPs to get market insights and plan Business maximisation .Proactively include BI products in Tender formulary.

Effectively Coordinate with the Sales Trade Team to increase demand for BI portfolio in Institutions and also faster liquidation of stocks.

Responsible for achieving Product wise / Institution wise/Segment wise targets. Effective application of sales promotion strategies, participation in cycle meetings, monthly meets, joint discussions and have transparent communication with the sales trade team.

Identify needs ,Plan and organize product promotion campaigns, arrange scientific presentation , Campaigns in pre-selected key institutions and trigger buying decisions.

Also collection of Adverse Drugs Reaction (ADR) incidences including lack of efficacy related to Company’s any drug product / medicinal product in specified format up to the maximum possible level of completeness and forwarding the same to the company’s assigned person(s) in your PV-system. Preliminary report should reach to PV -head within 24-hrs. and if required, Final Report shall be submitted within 7-working days
