Responsibilities:
- Set clear & challenging goals for self & team in line with BU level goals. Lead the team to follow processes to achieve the set goals
- Build sales plan in alignment with BU strategy
- Ensure implementation of the business plan, review team’s progress & manage contingencies
- Build & maintain sustainable relationship with all the stakeholders
- Create & manage high performance team & act as a role model
- Analyse team’s performance gaps and provide coaching & development opportunities to the team to overcome performance gap
- Area of Coverage – Pan India
- Team Size– 680 (ME+ABM+RM+DSM+ZSM).
Educational qualification: Any Bachelors Degree
Experience (in years):
- 18-20 years of total experience, substantial experience in Pain Management/Antibiotic/Ortho
- Experience of handling similar team size & business volume of 10+ Crs per month
- Good territorial understanding of at least 2 zones North & East preferably
