Job description :-
Derma experience will be more preferred .
- 5 to 8 years of experience in product management with preferably in dermatology and cosmetology derma segment.
- Experienced in Promotional Inputs & LBLs.
- Team Handling Field force.
- Educational qualification- from pharma background, preferably M. Pharm.
- Experience in product launch, brand planning and designing of promotional inputs.
- Handling of the scientific and technical queries related to products.
- Training the field force and sales team.
- Provide the product related supporting references, studies, and scientific information to the doctors.
- Assist the artwork and packaging designing of the products.
- Provide the product promotion related content for digital marketing.
- Creating the write ups for existing and new launches.
- Occasionally visiting the doctors jointly with the sales team.
- Monthly & quarterly sales analysis of the product.
- Make sample plan and ensure timely dispatchment to the filed force.
- To organize CMEs with the KOLs.
- Participation in the conferences and regional and national level.
- Promotional Inputs creation . LBL’s Creation .
