Experience:
3+ years of relevant experience in Pharma Sales.
Good exposure to hospital working and team handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage key hospital and healthcare accounts across the region.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, hospital stakeholders and key customers.
- Drive product sales and business growth within the assigned region.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing accounts.
- Achieve assigned regional sales targets and support business development.
- Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure effective customer engagement across relevant therapy areas.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and regional performance.
