Job Description
This role is responsible for delivering on below areas but not limited to
- Strategic projects – any other projects with respect to market sizing, market share, new capabilities, growth opportunities like partnerships etc to be end-to-end undertaken by S&BI lead
- Partnerships – develop the complete capability of partnerships with other pharma companies for key portfolio
- Analytics/Dashboards – create dashboards of various levels and data points to be consumed by Sales, marketing, market access leaders and leadership team
- Market researches – undertake market researches across franchises/ functions for the LOC and ensure incorporation of the findings in overall strategy

This role require incumbent to collaborate with corporate functions to develop strategic and long-range plans supporting the assessment of market and industry trends, data gathering & analysis and preparation of business plans. Scope and drive projects and initiatives which create growth and capitalize on opportunities, competitive intelligence and market dynamics.
Complexity and Problem Solving
High caliber to solve complex business problems through analytical frameworks, financial modeling and a strong understanding of business environment both internally and externally to be able to not only strengthen but also challenge the analysis if required.
This role requires in-depth knowledge of strategic aspects of running a business as well as comes with high level of ambiguity. The incumbent should be highly comfortable in collaborating across leadership levels to deliver on the outcomes
