Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead Regional Sales, Service and Application teams to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Develop and monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales plans.
- Coach and mentor the sales team through field visits and customer interactions.
- Conduct regular performance, budget and achievement reviews.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Recruit and deploy Sales, Application and Service professionals as required.
- Identify team training needs and coordinate employee development initiatives.
- Work closely with Product Management to support marketing activities and business growth.
- Maintain strong team motivation, performance and accountability.
Candidate Profile:
- 10–15 years of experience in the IVD / Medical Diagnostics industry.
- Strong team management and leadership experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive regional business growth.
- IVD experience preferred.
Qualification:
- B.Sc. – Chemistry / Biochemistry / Biomedical
- M.Sc. – Chemistry / Biochemistry
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- MBA
