Experience Required: Relevant pharmaceutical sales and team-handling experience preferred
Salary/CTC: Negotiable / As per company standards
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales and business operations from Secunderabad HQ.
- Lead, guide and motivate the field sales team.
- Achieve assigned area-wise sales and business targets.
- Develop strong relationships with cardiologists, physicians, hospitals and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor doctor coverage, sales performance and market development.
- Manage stockists, distributors and chemist relationships.
- Conduct regular field work with team members and ensure effective territory coverage.
- Analyse competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Submit sales reports and performance updates to the reporting manager.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate with relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Cardio division experience will be preferred.
- Previous team-handling or supervisory experience will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the Secunderabad and surrounding markets.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and willing to travel locally.
